At McLean Bagels, we craft the finest sourdough-based, hand-rolled bagels, baked fresh daily. Our New York style bagels are made from classic ingredients: flour, water, salt, and malt. Sourdough-leavened, slow fermented varieties include plain, everything, sesame, poppy, pumpernickel, cinnamon raisin, and more.

About McLean Bagels
McLean Bagel's founder Stuart Hoffman began baking bread due to his daughter's interest and undertakings. As both loved bagels, making them seemed natural; mastering them became a passion. Their break came when Hoffman's daughter joined her school's crew team, and they offered to provide fresh bagels for the team's nearly 100 athletes. He provided the bagels for two years, transitioning to a sourdough-based recipe the second season. At his daughter's urging, he now sells those bagels at local markets.
